Served for years as D.S in the thermoforming department. Left a year ago and still feel the need to give this warning. The ball-fisted, spit-in-your-face (literally) intimidating approach of management cannot be exaggerated. The fear culture that has been molded into this place has created an environment that pits everyone against each other. It’s all about how you can make something someone elses fault, and sabotage is rampant. There is zero teamwork in resolving the issues as a result. Years of scandal have lead to a consistent change in leadership, resulting in countless empty promises throughout the years. The turnover rate was too unbelievable to post when I left and I assume is the same now. Even the H.R manager asked me to take them with me when I left! There’s a dark cloud over this place and you will never see a group of more unhappier people in your life. The physical expectations became more than humanly possible as machines where intentionally under crewed daily. I could go on, but I will leave it here.If you currently have a job, I strongly encourage you to stay away.
