Well customer service is a tough job and you can't please everyone but you know what you got into. I went today in the morning and lady who seemed to be in charge, probably having an argument with a customer (at drive thru) so she was kinda fussing about customers in general with other staff. They all saw other customers waiting inside but she kept yelling from the kitchen and that funny business went on. Her attitude was making all customers uncomfortable. I called in later at the store to talk about it but it seemed nobody cares. So I think this needs to go through Dunkin now. Recommendation: if you want pay to listen rant about yourself, WELCOME. Prepaid rant!
