Ask for Jeremy Colson. I agree with Amy below about the owner who is grouchy and not helpful. In addition, my dad got his computer "fixed" here about a month ago and was highly upset at the results. However, the guy that worked on my dad's computer is gone. Jeremy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. He did a free diagnostic and cleaning of my computer and gave me helpful recommendations on how to improve the performance of my machine. I bought extra RAM and will probably be back.
