Jackson Hewitt Tax Service at 630 Collins Hill Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia.

For starters, the "Tax Office" was very small. Plus it's inside Walmart not to mention it's very crowed and loud. No Privacy! Secondly, the man working there was very rude. I spent 5 minutes there mostly watching him taking phone calls. Which by the way didn't seem work related, he was talking about hot chocolate lol. So I politely told him that I was leaving and I thanked him for his time. He apologized for being rude, but my mind was made up. I had also told him when I got there it would be my first time doing my taxes and he didn't seem to care at all. I was kinda of expecting for him to do the pamphlet drill. You know when they explain to you the requirements and your options, but he didn't he didn't even care as to ask me if I knew what I would need to do my taxes. Over all it was just a bad experience. I went down to H&R Block a couple stores down. They were really helpful and very descriptive. The receptionist was really warm and amiable. This was my own personal experience I hope your went/goes well if you go here.
