Feb, 21 2019Andrea Darrisaw2Decent experience renting a unit. However I called SEVERAL times (over multiple days) with questions regarding my move out. NEVER got an answer. A few times it just rang out, other times I got an automated message stating other customers were being helped. I even left a message and never got a call back!!! (And yes, I obviously called during business hours and not during what could have been lunch hour.) Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Nice facility though.
