Best filling station in town. The folks who work there are the best!!!

Went in this morning to buy cigarettes. Cashier ran the card and it approved on the reader. Cashier tells me that it didn't show approved on her side so I couldn't have the cigarettes. Got a notification right after I ran the card saying the money had been taken out of my account. I showed the cashier the notification and grabbed my purchase. She grabbed it out of my hand and would not give it back. I told her to call her supervisor and I advised customers in line to not run their cards. This lady starts yelling and being extremely rude to me. I check my account and it was finally credited back and I was able to run the card through again with no problems. I understand that computers have issues beyond our control but this woman's (short, black, overweight) behavior was unacceptable. This isn't the first issue I've had with this cashier. Sometimes I come in and she doesn't acknowledge me because she is on her phone or taking a break. I hope that upper management sees this and takes action. I have been a loyal customer since the opening of this service station but do not currently expect to return after being publicly humiliated.
